A Conversation With The Universe

Angie Karan said: “be mindful of your self talk; it’s a conversation with the universe.”

All of what you tell yourself comes out in the physical form.

This couch I’m sitting on? It was a thought first.

Thoughts are ideas – ideas can be changed.

Don’t like your results?

Change where they were planted in the first place. From there, enhance it, edit it out, add to it, filter it… whatever you want to do.

Real life

What you think about, you bring about.

Consider the crazy day where nothing has gone right. Did you waking up ornery contribute to your client saying no, you spilling your coffee, or your kids irritating you.

Spoiler: yes

What type of feelings do days like these cause?

Certainly not positive feelings.

And if thoughts become things, how does one interrupt that pattern before it comes to the surface – before your day is ruined?

It comes down to YOU and your thoughts about what’s happening first. It’s not circumstance. It’s not luck. It’s the truth.

Try it out and see

Change your conversation with the universe, change your life.

If your words change, your thoughts change.

And when your thoughts change, you feel different – and when you feel different, your actions sync with that.

What does action create? Results.

You’re in control of two and only two things in life – first, what you think, and second, how you respond.

All else is circumstance.

Your power

Setting goals isn’t for the sake of having the goal, it’s for the growth that the goal brings.

Like mentioned in a previous post with writing out who you want to be… who WOULD you be with this goal obtained? Talk to yourself THAT way and see how your results improve.

This excerpt of a poem by Marianne Williamson speaks to the power of our thoughts. Certain words and phrases bolded by me for emphasis.

It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous,
talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

Marianne Williamson, Our Greatest Fear (1-7)

It’s not that we can’t change, improve, enhance, or choose our life… it’s that we don’t give ourselves the credit to BE ABLE TO.

We are more powerful than any of us even realize. And with that, we get to choose what we want to create.

Things in life are not lucky, circumstantial, or based or coincidence – we were the ones creating it.

You are the director of your life

Are you on stage or are you in the audience watching?

Are you the start of the show or the extra in the background?

Which one do you want to be?

If you’re not sure how to go about this, schedule a time to chat with me.

I can help you with this type of creation – no matter if your goal is a 10x income, a dream home, a healthier lifestyle, etc.

All these things have one thing in common: desire.

And if you simply desire something, you can have it. It’s just a matter of how much velocity you give it.
